The college is associated with numerous social welfare activities. As preparatory step to opening of an National Service Scheme Unit, this college organized a Thalassaemia Camp. Recently, an NSS Unit has been opened in this college and is being managed under the supervision of faculty teachers. The college also hosts Health Camp every year for rendering free medical services. Medical attention for students can be obtained at minimum cost from Student’s health Home , to which this college is securely attached.
