About the Department

• The chief aim of Amdanga Jugal Kishore Mahavidyalaya is to create an ideal citizen- a citizen who is aware of the social and personal responsibilities and of the culture of our country. Sanskrit is the language which is essentially connected with Indian culture and Indian roots. However discourses on humanities remain incomplete without the inclusion of this language. Keeping that in mind the Mahavidyalaya started preparation to open the department of Sanskrit in the year 2018. After overcoming all procedural requirements the department got students in the year of 2019. The key feature of the department is its dedication and sincerity towards students. A teacher has been appointed as SACT is highly dedicated towards her duties.
